Using a “hands-on” approach, Richard Randall and his team manages every aspect of:
- developing & implementing your Quality Management System (QMS),
- preparing your employees for the audit,
- coordinating with an accredited Certification Body (CB) to ensure that your company quickly and efficiently achieves ISO 9001, AS9100, or AS9120 certification, and
- hosting the audit as a member of your team.
Our team will be with you every step of the way… providing you with “peace of mind” that the certification will be obtained quickly and efficiently (typically ready for an audit within 8 – 12 weeks).

Once you're company is certified (or if your company is already certified) we can support your company in maintaining that certification by:
- planning and performing the required internal quality audits,
- performing the required management reviews, and
- hosting the certification audits as your Quality Specialist.
Depending on your needs, our “Quality Specialists” provide both on-site and remote/virtual support services.
In addition, we'll ensure that your certification is consistently maintained for as long as needed. When a standard is revised, our team will make the required changes for your business to stay in compliance.

UPDATES – Recent Certification Results:
- On December 05, 2023 DAGER Technology (located in Fairfax, VA) obtained ISO 9001 certification after a Stage 2 audit (conducted by Management Certification of North America (MCNA) with ZERO nonconformities.
- On November 30, 2023 Mangan – Process Analyzers & CEMS (located in Houston, TX) completed an ISO 9001 Surveillance Audit (performed by National Quality Assurance – USA (NQA)) with ZERO nonconformities.
- On November 10, 2023 Harlyn Jean Machining (located in Columbia Falls, MT) obtained AS9100 certification on their first attempt. This was a thorough audit performed by the “Director of Programs” for Platinum Registration.
- On August 24, 2023 Russell Marine Group (located in New Orleans, LA) obtained ISO 9001 certification after a Stage 2 audit with ZERO nonconformities. This was a thorough audit performed by the “Operations Manager” for Management Certification of North America (MCNA).
