Mandrake Linux

Mandrake Linux 9.1 ISO images
Mirrors for i586 and higher

If you have a slow Internet connection, don't even think about downloading the iso images. Mandrake 9.1 Packs & CDs are available for order at Mandrakestore.com.

Any time that a new version of Mandrake is released, the FTP mirrors are typically filled with people downloading them. Many FTP sites will not allow you access because they have reached their limit of users; others may be unusually slow because of the large number of users logged on. DO NOT attempt to download iso images unless you have file download resume capability. This is because it is common to experience an error or "timeout" during the process of downloading such large files.

        Note Important note:
You will need at least 700MB CD-R disks to copy the iso images.

File Names are:
Mandrake91-cd1-inst.i586.iso
Mandrake91-cd2-ext.i586.iso
Mandrake91-cd3-i18n.i586.iso

Note Note:
While "Mandrake91-cd3-i18n.i586.iso" is primarily for International language support, I recommend downloading it because it contains several additional programs (like the OpenOffice 1.x help file - OpenOffice.org-help-en).
